When using LOOX Premium, you must agree to the following terms of use. These Terms set forth the terms of use of LOOX Premium and are a contract between the User and LOOX.

2. Provision of services

With LOOX Premium, you can use LOOX Weather, LOOX Credit, LOOX Spaces, LOOX Files, UserSearth, etc. More may be added in the future. A blue check mark will also be added.

3. Fees and Payments

There is a bi-monthly fee to use LOOX Premium. Payment method is PayPay payment. Changes to payment methods will be notified from the LOOX Premium official account or LOOX official account three days before the change. In that case, please be careful about spoofing accounts.

4. User Responsibilities

Even if you subscribe to LOOX Premium, you will not receive any special treatment. Of course, if you use offensive posts or discriminatory terms, management LOOX will take action. Management LOOX cannot be held responsible even for Premium.

6. Termination of Account

Regardless of whether you are a premium member, if a violation of the Terms of Use or inappropriate behavior is confirmed, we may take measures such as suspending your account.

9. Age for joining

LOOX requires that you be at least 20 years old to join LOOX Premium. Also, if you are a minor, please be sure to do so with your guardian. In the unlikely event that a minor subscribes by mistake, you can cancel the subscription at any time by contacting the operator LOOX.
