Help with locked or restricted accounts

If your LOOX account is restricted or only certain account features are available, it could mean that your account has been compromised orLOOX rulesmay be in violation. If this happens, the first step is to prove that you are the real owner of the account. In order to use LOOX with peace of mind, you may be asked to authenticate your account. If you see this message,Email,orreCAPTCHAYou must prove that you are the account owner.  

Verify your account by email

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Once you have confirmed your login, click or tap the button under LOOXHelp email verification.

  3. An email will be sent from LOOX to your inbox. (If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.)

  4. LOOX will review your account to make sure it's safe.

  5. Once we have confirmed that it is safe, we will send you a review completion email from LOOX again.

(If safety cannot be confirmed, the review will be postponed.)

Authenticate your account with reCAPTCHA

If we see suspicious activity on your account that violates LOOX rules, LOOX may restrict your account and ask you to prove you're not a robot using reCAPTCHA authentication.

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Wait for the email or message from the official, open the link and go to the verification page.

  3. Click Start.

  4. Start reCAPTCHA.

  5. Once proven, restrictions will be lifted within two days.
